Ingredients for 8 mini cheesecakes
2 Egg Yolks
8 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1 TBSP of Honey
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
8 Graham crackers (crushed)
2 TBSP of melted butter
Mix the crushed crackers with the melted sugar. Place the graham cracker in the bottom of each individual liner.
Mix all the filling ingredients together until smooth.
Divide the mixture into the 8 individual liners. Bake at 350F for 8-10 min.
Let cool off and garnish with whipped cream.
