Ingredients (1 Portion)
1 lg or 2 sm Peeled, chopped and boiled Potato
3 oz of olive oil.
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp dried herbs de Provence
Salt & Pepper to taste
Drain the potatoes from the boiling water once they are fork tender.
Coat in olive oil and add all the seasoning. Once it cools off, adjust for Salt & pepper to taste. Serve room temp or cold.
