Makes aprox 2 Cups
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 - 8oz package of Cream Cheese
1 to 2 TBSP of Hot Sauce (To taste)
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Pita Chips or Celery Stick - As needed
Or 12 Hawaiin Buns or Sliders (if making Sandwiches)
Plus 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Add all the ingredients to a dip pot and braise, covered, over medium heat, until Chicken is completely cooked and ready to shred (12-15 min).
Mixing it with a Handheld mixed will help shred the chicken and combine the ingredients.
Adjust for seasoning with Salt and Pepper and add more Hot Sauce, to your liking.
Pour in oven safe container and keep hot until serving time, or it can be prepared in a Crockpot.
Serve with a side of Pita Chips or Celery sticks.
If you prefer to serve as sandwiches, filled Hawaiian buns or sliders buns, and top with some shredded Cheddar. Enjoy!
