Description
We are looking for a local professional with a Chef/ Restaurant Sales Manager background.
The managing partner will be one of the persons responsible for handling the current day-to-day operations of the Commercial Kitchen, Cooking classes, special events and Catering business.
The managing partner will function similarly to a CEO, as this professional will implement and manage strategies that promote Food Experience's mission and vision.
The Managing partner will report and work closely with the Owner and current operator in order to review, set and meet operational goals, playing a significant role in maintaining and upholding the organization's overall mission and values, working to put plans into action that support them.
Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the US
Formal Culinary training and strong Food & beverage industry background
Able to easily commute to the 76227 area
Able to work weekends, evenings/night and or Holidays
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to perform tasks requiring detailed hand-eye coordination.
Able to pull, push and carry up to 50 lbs.

Compensation will be a combination of profits and company stock percentage based on performance, experience and longevity in the position.
Responsibilities
The Managing Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Working with the Owner to set measurable organizational strategies and goals.
Growing the current business, customers, and products volume.
Implement organizational policies and procedures.
Communicating and collaborating with owners and employees
Monitoring and be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, including every step of the production process.
Review financial activities, including accounting tasks, budgets, financial statements and reports
Alongside the Owner, overseeing hiring, training, coaching, and firing activities, together with payments and performance evaluations.
Ensuring business complies with relevant laws and regulations, and all required permits and certifications are up to date.
Assessing organizational and personnel performance, implementing changes as needed for improvements.
