We'll welcome you with appetizers, provide you with everything you need to work on your Entree recipe (ingredients, equipment, apron, etc.), and have a dessert ready for you.
We'll have water & Iced Tea stations ready. Wine by the glass is available for pre order or on-site purchase.
You will work in groups (size depends on final number of attendees) on recipes for:
*Hollandaise over blanched Asparagus
*Bearnaise Sauce over Tilapia Filet and boiled mini potatoes with parsley.
* Beurre Blanc: Over Oven Roasted Chicken
We'll review the history of the ingredients used and share tips & tricks to process them, and how those apply to other preparations.
