During this class we'll learn how to make the wonderful Tapioca "Pearls" to add to the bottom of sweet flavors of Boba Tea : Pink Strawberry, Black Tea with Brown Sugar ! We'll also work with Sticky Rice and Nori and learn the different ways to make California and Philly Sushi Rolls!
We'll welcome you with appetizers, while we review the recipes. Each attendee will make 1 Boba Milk Tea, and 3 Sushi rolls, and we'll have a dessert ready for you! Water and Iced Tea available.
Wine and Beer are available for pre- order or on site purchase.
