This 2 Sessions Class will provide you with all the detailed information and hands on practice to learn how make your own Home brew! We'll be working on an Irish Red to be ready to enjoy around St Patrick's Day. We'll meet twice, 2/06 AND 2/18. The price includes both sessions, all equipment, ingredients, a heavy snack for each session, and a pint of previously in house brewed beer. The beer will be ready to drink two weeks or so after bottling. Please review and complete the waivers included below to complete your registration.

Description

02/06- Fundamental of Beer and it's ingredients. Recipe, and making of the mash 

Enjoy beer samples, and a pint of a beer previously brewed in house, Beer Brats, Soft Pretzels & Beer Cheese Dip, and a sweet treat

The brew will be left to ferment, until the next session

02/18 - Once fermentation is ready, it's time for bottling! You'll learn the whole process, enjoy made from scratch Beef Empanadas, another pint of in-House brewed beer, and take home 12 -12oz bottles, with your Custom Label!! . 

Leave them to settle in the bottle for the next 2 weeks and have your very own brew ready to enjoy! 

If you'd like to bring some help, have a Guest join you! The Beer is yours, but your Guest can also enjoy the Class, the beers and the Yummy snacks. (At least One paid "Brewer" Ticket is required per group. "Guest" tickets also includes both sessions.
