Description

We'll practice and review the step to make pan seared Chicken Piccata (Chicken breast in a lemon - caper sauce). Wine and Beer are available for pre- order or on site purchase.

We'll welcome you with appetizers, while we review the recipes. Each attendee will make 1 full entrée, and we'll have a dessert ready for you!
